Case Study - Paperback Book Printing
Design and Artwork by Crispin Goodall Design – We work closely with Crispin on a number of projects and have done for many years, what he doesn’t know about book design is not worth knowing!
- Standard Size 197 x 132mm
- Full Colour Cover with a Matt laminate to the outer.
- 96 pages of text printed in black ink.
- Perfect bound.
An uncoated FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) paper was chosen for this project due to its tactile feel and enviromental advantages being from sustainable managed forests, using a 250gsm cover and 120gsm text giving a high quality product.
This was a short run self published book of 300 copies with potential for further orders in the future. Turn around from final approved artwork was 4 working days on this project.
